The apple and cranberries make Golden Years especially tasty, nutrient-dense and rich in all the good vitamins needed to not only look good and healthy, but to feel it too! Packed with 40% chicken, salmon and trout, they are easy-to-digest proteins and are great for promoting joint protection and mobility. Low GI foods like brown rice, barley and oats release longer-lasting energy levels and along with potato, contain good quality fibre, are gentle on digestive systems and help to keep cholesterol low.
